The Marketing Collaboration Index is an internal tool where Opal customers can benchmark themselves across a series of vectors in order to track growth. Combined with a library of workflows, brands can overcome inefficiencies and drive success with the Opal platform.
I worked closely with the executive and customer-facing teams at Opal to develop a sub-brand and supporting materials to benchmark, and chart growth around key targets in a language was both unique to the customer but in an actionable Opal framework. Supporting services like label taxonomies, and marketing efficiency audits, Opal is able to provide recommendations on a partner level to enable more cross-functional collaboration.
